1. Vehicle Reservation
To reserve a vehicle, a deposit of 20% of the purchase price is required, with a minimum deposit of €500.
The reservation will remain valid for a maximum of 14 days.
If the customer decides not to complete the purchase after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Vehicles with Danish Registration Tax
The vehicle description will state whether the specific vehicle includes Danish registration tax or not.
For vehicles where Danish registration tax is still included, the vehicle may remain at Ricky Auto for up to 14 days after the deposit or full payment has been received. This is required in accordance with Danish legislation, as the vehicle may be subject to further inspection or control by the Danish authorities before export approval can be finalized.
During this period, the vehicle must remain available at Ricky Auto and cannot be exported, collected, or relocated until the process has been completed and approval has been granted by the relevant authorities.
In these cases, an additional refundable deposit of €400 must be paid on top of the vehicle price. This amount will be refunded once the required export documentation has been received from the buyer (see section 4).
3. Payment Terms
Cash payments are limited to a maximum of DKK 14,999 (approximately €2,000).
Any remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer.

4. Export Documentation Required After Collection (in case of the car is under the point of 2)
The following documentation is required as proof that the vehicle has been exported outside Denmark:
A video showing the vehicle’s VIN/chassis number, followed by footage confirming that the vehicle is located outside Denmark.
Foreign registration documents or foreign inspection papers.
Signed CMR document (page 2), including recipient signature and date.
Any additional documentation proving that the vehicle is located abroad.
